Carl L. Poerschke III, 45, of Pittsburgh died on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at his residence following an illness.
Born January 10, 1967 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Carl Poerschke Jr. and Janice Keller Grudowski.
Carl was the owner and operator of Optimal Computer Networks. He graduated from Laurel High School and continued his studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he was an MIS graduate. He enjoyed traveling to other countries.
Survivors include his mother and step father, Janice and Walt Grudowski of Ellwood City; his father and step mother, Carl and Janet Poerschke Jr. of New Castle and a brother, Joseph D. Poerschke of Albuquerque, NM.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 on Sunday, May 27 at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Monday, May 28 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellwood City. Rev. Peggy Suhr-Barkley of Trinity Lutheran will officiate.
