Beth Ann (Schlemmer) Meister, 48, of Portersville Rd., Ellwood City (Perry Twp.) died on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Heritage Valley – Beaver Hospital following a brief battle with colon cancer.
Born July 27, 1964 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the Donald Schlemmer of Perry Twp. and the late Mary Wolfe Schlemmer who passed away on October 22, 2000. She was married for 24 years to Barry Meister who survives.
Beth worked at Heraeus Electro-Nite for 5 years. She graduated from Lincoln High School and was catholic by faith. Beth enjoyed camping and reading.
In addition to her father and husband, survivors include two children; Kayla Ann and Patrick Lloyd Meister, both of Ellwood City; sister, Mary Lou Ehrenberg and her companion, Mike Blair of New Castle; four brothers and their wives, Frank and Felicia Schlemmer of Florida, Tim and Diane Schlemmer of Ellwood City, Bill and Jayne Schlemmer of Beaver Falls, Rich and Patty Schlemmer of Georgia; and a sister in law, Nancy Schlemmer of Ellwood City.
She was preceded in death by her mother, her brother, Donald J. Schlemmer Jr., and a nephew Cory Schlemmer.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, November 17 from 2-4 and 7 until the time of the funeral service at 9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Burial will take place at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
