Lillian Dillen, 85, of Park Ave., Ellwood City died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at her residence following a lengthy illness.
Born May 6, 1927 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Pearl Weisz Weller.
Lillian formerly owned and operated Dillen’s Grocery Store in Fallston. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, and going to the casino. Her most cherished time was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons, Gary “Goatt” (Donna) Kloos of New Castle, James “Jeebs” Rugh of Ellwood City; daughter, Norma Rugh Shirk of Ellwood City; two sisters, Yavonne Boariu of Ellwood City, Dorothy McClintick of Ellwood City; 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Weller and a sister, Viola Anthony.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 am with Rev. Elizabeth Mayforth of the Mother Theresa Hospice officiating.
Interment will follow in the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.

So sorry to hear about your Mom . She was one of those women who helped me to become the person I am ,, she showed me how to laugh and enjoy life. I know you will miss her and its never easy to lose someone we love, but listen to your heart she will always be there. Talk to her, get mad at her but always love her as she loved you!
