It has been my honor to know Tynee through the Ladies G.A.R.(Grand Army of the Republic).I met her last spring, and was amazed that a woman of such advanced years appeared happy to meet me- when it was I wanting to meet her.Her caregivers were compassionate and attentive. Her lifelong patriotic contributions have enriched our organization- and from my firsthand observations- the Ellwood City community. Deepest condolences to those touched by her life over the past 102+ years. In Fraternity, Charity, and Loyalty, Dorothy Frye Walker, Department of PA President and National Patriotic Instructor, Ladies G.A.R.
