I am sorry to hear of Jimmy’s passing today. When I was much younger I spent my summers at the McKinney farm on Wampum Mt. Air Road and became friends with Jimmy. Every year I would look forward to the summer and weekends there and the good times I had with Jimmy, the Patterson’s, McCready’s and McBrides working on the farm. Got to know Jimmy well, but I haven’t had a lot of contact recently. My condolences to his family at this sad time. He was a great individual and one of the nicest fellows I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He will be sorely missed.
Patty, Barb and I are so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We looked forward so much to see you guys each time we were able to attend our Nantahala Reunions. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hopefully we will see you at future Nan Reunions as you are still in the family. Barb & Mike
