To the family of Betty Wall; Sorry for your loss. May God be with you and comfort you at this difficult time.
Dear Mr. Wall, I am writing to you to extend my deepest condolences to you and your family with the loss of your mother. Just reading her obituary brought me chills. You see, I am a WWII researcher and I do and I work with researchers in Germany and France. By any chance was your father’s middle name Canning? The French researchers know when this Billy C Wall was killed in plane and asked me to find his family because they are planning a ceremony for the pilots that crashed in this one area. Forgive me for contacting you this way but after reading your mom was a Rosie the Riviter working girl I feel she would approve. I use to be a nursing supervisor at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab. I live in Shippingport and my name is Kathy Fleming. My home number is 724-643-4213. The pic of your mom is beautiful and I can see she was a hard worker. I’ve looked for Billy Walls family for the past 9 months. I do know when Billy went into the service his folks lived on Fredonia St, in Carnegie, Pa. Please forgive me if I’ve made a mistake but looking into your moms eyes I felt she would say, yes, please call my son. Again, I extend my condolences to you and your family. I too lost my mom 7 years ago and it’s hard letting go. Thank you for taking time to read this at such a difficult time.
Sincerely,
Kathy Fleming, RN
Please forgive my typos! I was doing too many things at once!
So sorry for your loss, may the care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace to get you through the days ahead. My most sincere condolences.
Condolences to the Wall family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says God, “heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds.” May God bring you comfort and peace.
