Donna Jean Montozzi, 84

MontoziDonna Jean Montozzi, 84, of Spring Hill, Florida (formerly of Ellport) passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Mariner Palms Assisted Living Facility in Florida.

Born March 16, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Hazel Gilchrist Ferrucci. She was married for 65 years to Gene Montozzi as they were married February 3, 1951. He survives.

Donna graduated from Lincoln High School and attended the Victor Mannequin Modeling School. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Donna worked and retired after 16 years as a Real Estate Broker in Ellwood City and Schererville, Indiana.

In addition to her husband, Gene, survivors include a daughter, Pattie Houk of New Castle; two sons, Mark Montozzi of New Galilee, Dave Montozzi of Hebron, Indiana; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Ferrucci.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 1 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday at Holy Redeemer Church. Entombment will follow in St. Peters Mausoleum.

  4. My deepest condolences to Gene Montozzi and his family in the loss of their loved one. Gene and I worked together at the Ellwood City National Tube Plant for 17 years. I pray that Donna is at peace now.
