Henry “Chuck” Arsene LeRoy, 69, of Summit Ave., Ellwood City passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at his residence.
Born February 16, 1947 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Henry Arsene and Irene Burke LeRoy. He was married to Darla J. Rough LeRoy who survives.
Henry was a truck driver for many years. He was an expert auto repairman. He was into classic cars, especially, “Nova’s”. Henry enjoyed fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan.
In addition to his wife, Darla, survivors include four sons, Charles R. (Laura) LeRoy and Frank LeRoy, both of Wintersville, Ohio, Vincent LeRoy of Pittsburgh, Charles S. LeRoy of East Brady; three daughters, Laura (Luke) Bowser of Karns City, Tomasa Steighner of East Brady, Irene (Robert) McCullough of Chicora; two sisters, Irene (Robert) Reese of Pittsburgh, Mary (Robert) Hagerman of CT;stepchildren, Tina (Eric) Buchanan, B. Wayne (Sandra) Jacobs Jr., Y. Laurie Jacobs, William T. (Stephanie) Fair, Talia I. Darnell; his first wife, Caroline LeRoy; 25 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Valet, Josephine, Donald, Helen Jean, Arsene “Sonny” and Richard LeRoy.
Per Henry’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Ellwood City. The family requests that any memorial contributions be sent to the funeral home.
