Mary Jane Appollino Caccia, 88

Mary Jane Appollino Caccia, 88, of Johnson St., Ellwood City passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at The Grove At Harmony.

Born October 30, 1928 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Vienna Giard Appollino. She was married on August 20, 1957 to William Caccia Jr.

Mary Jane graduated from Lincoln High School and was a member of Holy Redeemer Church. She retired in 2005 from Angel’s Cleaning Service.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Lane Caccia of Beaver Falls, David Ernest (Debby Tincani) Caccia of Ellwood City; sister, Dorothy Appollino of Florida; and a grandson, David Edward Caccia Jr. of Ellwood City.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Della Boccardi and Lillian Hudspath.

Per Mary Jane’s wishes, no services will be held.

  1. Oh how I loved your mother. Such a sweet lady. I had so many laughs with her. We worked at Angels cleaning together.i drove her to Koppel steel we did offices together.may she rest in peace. God bless her

  2. I worked with Mary Jane at the Fombell Post Office. She was always full of energy and laughs. She was a tireless worker.

  3. I will always remember her as a friend and a very hard worker at the Fombell Post Office. She held a very special place in my heart and I will miss her dearly!
