J. Mark Williams, 66

J. Mark Williams, 66, of Cannelton Rd., Darlington passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Born June 19, 1951 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Ardnol Williams and Maxine Ricer Williams Fitch. He was married to Carol Orock Williams who survives. They have been together since 1977.

Mark graduated from Lincoln High School in 1969, He was self employed and a former member of the Beaver County Carpenter’s Union. Mark was a member of the Hungarian Home in Ellwood City and the Highlands Veteran’s Club in Beaver Falls.

In addition to his wife, Carol, survivors include two daughters, Kelly (Michael) Mullen of Upper St. Clair, Kristen (Daniel) Bubb of Ellwood City; two brothers, Ron (Kappy) Williams of Florida, Tom (Barb) Williams of Ellwood City; and four grandchildren, Sara and Gavin Mullen and Kelsi and Madyson Bubb.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday May 8 from 4 until the time of the funeral service at 7 pmĀ at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. Cindy Burns, a family friend will officiate the services.

  1. My sincere condolences to Carol and all the family on Marks passing. I have not seen him in years but interestingly, within the last several weeks was thinking about him, and thinking about how to contact him. Sad to know that i missed doing so. Mark always treated me with kindness as did Carol so wanted to let you know that it was always appreciated. Best wishes in this difficult time.
