Carol E. Sbarra, 70, Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born March 4,1948 in New Castle, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Erma Cotherman Shoup. She was married to Frank L. Sbarra on March 14, 1966, he survives.
Carol was a graduate of Lincoln High School class of 1966. She formerly worked for Attorney Ken Fox and the District Magistrate, Wayne Shaffer. She also worked at Mazers Dry Goods store. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #212 and belonged to the Calvin Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed completing adult coloring books.Her most precious time was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa (Christopher) Clark of Lakeland, FL; her twin brother, Karl (Doris Henry) Shoup of Ellwood City; 3 grandsons, Tyler, Caleb, and Liam.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2018 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. An Eastern Star service will be conducted at 4 pm on Tuesday.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, at 1 pm at the funeral home, with her pastor Rev. Sean Brubaker officiating.
Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
