Mark D. Douglas, 59, of North Sewickley Twp. passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver following a brief illness.
He was born August 8, 1959 in New Brighton. Mark graduated from Riverside High School in 1977. He was a life long farmer who loved his vocation and was a member of the PA Farmers Association. Mark was also a member of the Concord United Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing volleyball.
Survivors include his mother, Carol Lee Swick Douglas; one son, Ethan Douglas of Imperial, PA; and a sister, Janice (Brant) Cooper of Marion Twp.
He was preceded in death by his father, R. Duane Douglas who passed away in 2015 and a sister, Kathleen Sue Douglas in 2001.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday December 28 from 4-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Family and friends will also be received at the Concord United Methodist Church on Saturday from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 11 am. His pastor, Rev. John Phipps will officiate. Interment will follow in the Church cemetery.
