  1. Dear Carol and Family.
I am so sorry to read of the passing of my cousin, Bud Emerick. My parents, Bertie and Si Hughes, moved to Florida many years ago. Brother Ron and sister Pam and I all followed.
But Ellwood City will always be home to us siblings. I was in your wedding, Carol; as the flower girl. I’m the other Carol in that large family on the Marion side.
I’m so glad to know that Bud had a good life. That he had many interests and hobbies, but his family was most important. It’s hard to let go, but know he’s in a better place and honor him by remembering all the good times.

    Love, Carol Hughes Northen
