Carter Jon Woloszyn, 18, of Chewton passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital following a motorcycle accident.
Born July 24, 2002 in Ellwood City, he was the son of David A. and Kathleen S. Simmons Woloszyn.
Carter graduated from Lincoln High School in 2020. He did lawn care and handy work for many people in Chewton. He was Christian by faith. He was an aspiring tattoo artist. Carter enjoyed playing baseball, working out, and physical fitness. An avid outdoorsman, he liked hunting, archery, and fishing. Carter was an organ donor.
Survivors include his parents David and Kathleen, grandparents, Anthony and Karen Woloszyn of Chewton; Howard Simmons of New Wilmington; and Nickolette Simmons of Chewton; two sisters, Becca Woloszyn of Beaver and Jade Woloszyn of Chewton; great-grandmother, Georgia Powell of Chewton and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday May 24, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street, Wampum.
Funeral Services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Stacey Cox officiating.
Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
