Debra L. Barber, 66, of West Pittsburg passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Avalon Place in New Castle.
Born May 17, 1955 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of William G. Barber and Mary K. (Grekon) Barber of Wampum.
Debe graduated from Mohawk High School in 1973. She was affiliated with the Wampum Methodist Church. Everyone that knew Debe knew she enjoyed listening to music, watching the Steelers, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her pride and joy, Laynee Bug.
In addition to her mother, Mary, survivors include a son, Josh (Tia) Bober of Ellwood City; daughter, Dineen Bober and granddaughter, Alayna Winter of New Castle; two sisters, Joyce Barber of West Pittsburg and Karen (Milton) Ippolito of Wampum; and sister in law, Angie Barber of New Middletown, Ohio.
She was proceeded in death by her father, her brother, Bill Barber, and her brother in law, Tom Freed.
Per Debe’s wishes, there will be no public services. Final interment will take place in Clinton Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum. Online condolences may be sent to marshallsfh.com.

So very sorry for your loss. I wish we would have had the opportunity to known each other better. I’m sure mom (Bonnie Zalick- Dyke) and Debbie are catching up as we speak! You have all my sympathy.
