Condolences to the family of Richard Brown from Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 862.
Dick Brown and his wife (at the time) Rose, were two of my dearest friends when I first moved to Ellwood City in 1979. We had so much fun playing Canasta and just being silly, he had a great sense of humor.
Sorry to hear of his passing. God’s speed and peace to the Family.
