Lisa J. Cook, 57, Wampum passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 following a lengthy illness.
Born August 7, 1965 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Betty June Weir D’Amico.
Lisa enjoyed traveling and time spent with her family. She was Catholic by faith.
Survivors include son, Jesse (Kayla) Householder of Rochester; two daughters, Ashley Cook of New Castle and Paige D’Amico of New Galilee; three sisters, Avis M. Smith of Wampum, Mary (Mark) Cunningham of Ellport, and Christine E. (Robert) Hodes of Gilbertsville; one brother, James M. (Ricky) D’Amico of St. Cloud, FL, and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Dominic D’Amico and her sister Linda D’Amico.
Per Lisa’s request, a private graveside service for the family will be held at Locust Grove Cemetery. Interment will follow.
