Lorena Ilene Yoho

Loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lorena Ilene (Weatherby) Yoho went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 12, 2012.

Born September 24, 1940 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Clifford L.and Irma (Weaver) Weatherby .

She was married for 53 years to Phillip Yoho who survives.

Lorena had many jobs which included – Autries Five and Dime,  Hills Department Store, School Bus Driver, Teacher’s Aide, Nor-Ric Dry Cleaners, Country Fair, and Colia’s Cleaners where she worked for 32 years.  She was also co-owner of Yoho’s Farm and Family.  She was affiliated with the Church of Genesis in Mahoningtown.  She enjoyed spending time with her family at their camp in Scandia, PA.

In addition to her husband, Phillip, survivors include a son – Jeffrey (Darlene) Yoho and a daughter – Stacey (Robert) Krisuk, both of  Wampum; 5 grandchildren – Tia Pennington-Curry, Ashlee Stankovich, Kalene Bowser, Jeffrey Yoho and Jimmy Pennington; 3 great grandchildren – Izabella Pennington, Brady Pennington, Everrett Curry; and a brother – Clifford (Carol) Weatherby of Volant.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Franklyn Weatherby .

Private Funeral Services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home – Wampum with Pastor Ron Eade officiating.

Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
