Audrey D. Pearson

Audrey D. Pearson, 70, of Butler passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Butler Memorial Hospital following a two week illness.

Born July 21, 1950 in Youngstown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph S. and Stella A. Yousko Tekac. She was married to Wayne Pearson, who passed in 2008.

Audrey ran a snack bar at the Smith Grove Camp Ground where she was affectionately known as the “Candy Lady”. Her favorite moments were spent with her family and her dog Brutus.

Survivors include her sister Kathy Dando of New Castle, her companion of eleven years Michael Schoedel of Butler and his children, Michael (Yvette) Schoedel of Chicora, Paul (Karen) Schoedel of Bismarck, ND, Duane (Crystal) Schoedel of Smithton, and Cheryl (Tony) Bayt of Munhall; a niece, Shannon (Dave) Colamarino of Apollo; 2 great nephews, Luca and Samuel Colamarino; nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at the Graceland Cemetery on December 14, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum.
