Beverly A. Yoho, 71, of Northwestern Dr., Ellwood City (Wayne Twp.) passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the Family Hospice in Lawrenceville following a short illness.
Born March 28, 1945 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late George W. “Mick” and Dorothy E. Laughlin Huffman. She was married to Frank N. Yoho who survives.
Beverly had formerly worked at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill and also as the secretary for Zajac Trucking in Wampum. She was a member of the former St. Monica Church in Wampum and a current member of Holy Redeemer. She was a member of the Wampum’s Women’s Club and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Beverly participated with the crocheting group at the Ellwood City Library. She loved the Christmas season and had an extensive collection of Santa Claus figurines.
In addition to her husband, Frank, survivors include a son, Ron Woloszyn of Wayne Twp.; two step daughters, Lisa (Gary) Swift of Cranberry, Kimberly Yoho of Columbiana, Ohio; step son, Frank David Yoho of Hopewell Twp.; and a grandson, Ryan Woloszyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday January 4 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
