Diana L. Hegedus

Diana L. Hegedus, 58, of Ellport passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born August 15, 1960 in Mount Vernon, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. Hegedus Sr. who died in 2016 and Shirley Miskolcze Hegedus of Ellport.

Diana graduated from Lawrence County Career Tech in 1979. She was employed by the Watchman Gospel Group in Clymer, PA. She was also employed by the Holy Redeemer Catholic School, teaching computer classes for 28 years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate and Steeler fan. She attended the First Assembly of God Church in New Castle.

She is survived by her mother, Shirley, a brother, Robert A. Hegedus Jr., and a nephew, Carson A. Colao; uncle, William (Barbara) Miskolcze and close family friends, Chris and Pam Hicks.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 am.
