Earl A. Tindall

Earl A Tindall, 76, of Perry Twp., Ellwood City died on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 in the emergency room at the Jameson Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born March 12, 1939 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Walter E. and Cora M. LaBorde Tindall.

Earl retired from Johns Mansville Company in Zelienople.

Protestant by faith, he was a veteran of the Army, active with Challenges Senior Center, a lifelong member of the Ellwood-Wampum Rod and Gun Club, and was a member of the former Ground Observation Core. An avid outdoorsman, Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, photography, and travel.

Survivors include two brothers, Robert (Sandra) Tindall of Mars, Thomas (Barbara) Tindall of Clearwater Beach, FL; sister, Margaret (Edward) Carlin of New Castle. He is also survived by one niece, four nephews, two great-nieces, and four great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: William and Walter Tindall.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. at the Marshall Funeral Home, Inc. 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. Military Rites will be observed by the Veterans Honor Guard.

Interment will follow in the Wurtemburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Ellwood-Wampum Rod and Gun Club.
