Eric John Allwine, 42, of Creston Ave., Ellwood City died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 2, 2013 in the Emergency Room of the Ellwood City Hospital.
Born February 12, 1971 in New Castle, he was the son of John C. and Sandra Guy Allwine of Ellwood City.
Eric was the weigh master for Colonia-McCLymonds Trucking Co. He loved playing the guitar and was the lead singer for “Twist of Fate”. He was an avid Steeler Fan. His most cherished time was spent with his family.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two daughters, Erica Allwine of Wampum, Morgan Allwine of New Castle; son. Johnny Allwine who is stationed with the US Army in Hawaii; two brothers, Craig Allwine and Jason (Kim) Allwine, both of Ellwood City; sister, Natalie Allwine of Ellwood City; his loving companion, Stacy Dismuke of Ellwood City; and several nieces, nephews and a great nephew.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Neil and Shirley Guy and John and Wanda Allwine.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Interment will follow in Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
