Eunice T. Watt Boyles

Eunice T. Watt Boyles, 88, formerly of Wampum went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 14, 2017.

Born March 19, 1928 in Enon Valley, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Shirley Fraser Williams. In 1946 she married Robert Watt of New Castle who preceded her in death in 1980. She subsequently married William Boyles who also preceded her in death.

Eunice was a devoted wife and mother, who faithfully served God and her community throughout her life. Her singing blessed the residents of local nursing homes for many years. She also taught Sunday School, impacting the lives of numerous children. She was a member of Park Alliance Church, and was previously a long time member of Evangel Community Church.

Survivors include two sons, David (Nancy) Watt and Roy (Janey) Watt; a daughter, Janice Watt Wilson; a sister, Shirley Morris; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husbands, Eunice was preceded in death by four brothers, and two sisters.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 17 from 4 until the time of the funeral service at 7 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum. Rev. John McCready, her pastor will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Bethel Church Cemetery.
