Felix Patrick Biega Jr.

Felix Patrick Biega Jr., 66, of Chewton died unexpectedly on  Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Ceder Manor Nursing Home in Mahoning Twp.

Born August 9, 1946 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Felix P. and Genevieve Rozanski Biega Sr.

A 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School, Felix worked at the former Medusa Cement Co.  He was a member of the former St. Monica’s Church in Wampum.  An avid outdoorsman, Felix enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom and ginseng gathering.

Survivors include two sisters, Mary Jane Cowmeadow of New Castle, Susan Beall of Chewton and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Loretta Cwynar.

Visiting hours will be held on  Monday March 4, from 5-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Holy Redeemer Church on March 5, 2013 at 10:00 am.  Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
