Jackie Lynn Biega, 54, of Chewton passed away surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born May 23, 1967 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of Howard D. and Linda Lee Harker. She was married to Anthony J. Biega for over 20 years.

Jackie was a current member of the Victory Family Church in Cranberry. She was a member of the Chewton Volunteer Fire Department. Jackie was the first female fire chief in Lawrence County history. She also was an Ellwood City Youth Baseball Coach. Jackie enjoyed camping and traveling. She was family focused and cherished moments spent with her family.

Survivors include her mother, Linda; husband, Anthony; daughter, Chelsea Hays; two sons, Brock and Blake Biega; grandmother, Bernice Lohry; brother, Robert (Nicole) Harker; brother in law, Richard Biega; sister in law, Jane (Brian) Rhines; five nieces, Crystal and Clairissa Harker, Katie (Dale) Conley, Giovanna Biega and Emma Rhines; 2 nephews, Colton Wiley & Raymond Rhines.

She was preceded in death by her father Howard; son, Dray Harker; grandfather, Clair Lohry; son in law, Scott Hays; and a sister in law Grace Biega.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday June 24, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main St. Wampum.

Memorial Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday June 25, 2021 at 11:00 am with Pastor Dan Hays of Prayer Mountain Ministries in Darlington officiating.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the staff and nurses at the Good Samaritan Hospice.
