James C. Mora

James C. Mora, 57, of Wampum passed away Friday, January 24, 2025 at his residence following a courageous one-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

Born January 20, 1968 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Ronald P. and Linda McKim Mora. 

James attended Lincoln High School and graduated from Vo-Tech in 1986. He then graduated from the New Castle School of Trades. A skilled electrician, James worked at Bruce and Merrilees in New Castle and was a member of the IBEW Local Union 712 in Beaver. He loved being outdoors, especially to ride his motorcycle and side by side. He also enjoyed vacationing in Tennessee, cooking, smoking food on the grill, and watching the Steelers.

Survivors include his parents Ronald and Linda of Chewton; two daughters, Tanya L. (Cory) Reitmeyer of Murrysville, and Amber L. Mora of Cleveland; two granddaughters, Emma and Addison Reitmeyer; sister, Brenda (Rich) Dusenberry of Wampum; brother, Ron F. (Julie) Mora of Chewton, and two nieces and two nephews.

Private Services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main St. Wampum.
