John H. Bollinger, 83, of Perry Twp passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at UPMC Jameson.
Born October 6, 1941, in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Carl Marshall Bollinger and Marion (Clyde) Bollinger.
John worked at New Castle PennDOT for over 30 years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and bird watching. He loved feeding birds, especially the yellow finches.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Nancy Ann Lample Bollinger; three daughters, Deborah Bollinger, Ann Ritter, and Elizabeth Freed; a son, John Bollinger; three granddaughters, Vanessa Tomeo, Audrey Ritter, and Stefanie Bollinger; two grandsons, Carl Christopher Ritter and Eric Bollinger; two great granddaughters, Azalia Ritter and Sara Bollinger; and one great grandson Eric Bollinger Jr. He is also survived by four sisters; Virginia Bollinger, Nellie Miller, Connie Miller, and Mary French; and two brothers, Paul Bollinger and James Bollinger.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters Diana Jo Bollinger and Judy Louise Bollinger; and two great grandchildren Aribella Rose Ritter and Evan Bollinger. Three brothers, Robert, Raymond, and Carl Bollinger.
Per John's wishes there will be no services. He will be interred in Mountville Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshalls Funeral Home, Ellwood city.
