Labelle Robinson

LaBelle Robinson, 89, of New Castle succumbed to her illness on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

Born August 20, 1930 in Monroe, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late John and Dicey (Wilson) Nivens. She was married to Robert Robinson who died in 1983.

LaBelle worked as a housekeeper for Mr. and Mrs. Green for many years. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed cooking for her family.

Survivors include two sons, Omer “Red” Robinson of Maryland, James “Audie” (Debbie) Robinson of New Castle, and Eugene (Margie) Burnett and his family of New Castle, who LaBelle raised like a son; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Jr. and William and eight siblings.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Ellwood City.
