Margaret Hatcher

Margaret Hatcher, 78, of North Sewickley Township passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 peacefully at her residence.

Born December 5, 1942 in Lincoln Hill, PA, she was the daughter of the late Willard K. and Ethel McKahan Watson. She was married to Clyde H. Hatcher. He died on September 12, 1988.

Margaret formerly attended World Wide Church of God. She was known for her giving heart, and she lived to love her family, helping them in whatever way possible. Her favorite moments were spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and her best friend, her daughter.

Survivors include a daughter and a son,  Sherry (Emerick) Matteo of Beaver Falls and Bill Watson of Beaver Falls; three granddaughters, Gabrielle (Sean) Gibson, Abigail (James) Bollinger, Margaret Matteo; two grandsons, James and Jedidiah Matteo; brother, Richard Watson; three great grandchildren, James “Boo”, Aiden, and Connor Bollinger, and six great granddogs, Franny, Rusty, Penny, Chica, Zelda, and Zoe; and her own faithful dog, Baby.

She was preceded in death by four brothers; Kenneth, Robert, William, and James Watson and a sister Ethel Watson in infancy.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday January 27, 2021 from 10:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, Ellwood City. Interment will follow in Maple Creek Cemetery.
