Mark Allen Cooper

Mark Allen Cooper, 49, of  Tenth St., Bessemer died unexpectedly on  Sunday, September 23, 2012 at his residence.

Born February 15, 1963 in Ellwood City, PA,  he was the son of the late Harry James Cooper  and Carol Jean Lutz Cooper of Ellwood City.  He was married for 20 years to Donna Stambul Cooper who survives.

Mark was formerly employed as a carpet installer for Miller’s Furniture Barn and also as a custodian at McElwains.  He was affiliated with the Free Methodist Church in Ellwood City.  Mark was a former member of the Bessemer Croatian Club.  He enjoyed country music and was an avid racing and Steeler fan.

In addition to his mother, Carol and wife, Donna survivors include his grandmother, Bernice Lutz; sister, Stacy Staples and three brothers, Harry Cooper Jr., Earl Cooper and Larry Cooper, all of Ellwood City.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visiting hours will be held on  Wednesday September 26, 2012 from 6-9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum.

Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 am with Pastor Todd Onick of the Free Methodist Church officiating.

Memorial Contributions may be made in his name in care of the funeral home.
