Mary S. Barracchini

Mary S. Barracchini, 88,  formerly of Ellwood City died on Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Golden Hill Nursing Center in New Castle.

Born November 8, 1923 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Jennie Ferrante Barracchini.

Mary retired as the head cook from the Ellwood City Hospital following 45 years of service.  She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family.

Survivors include two sisters, Betty Morabito of Ellwood City,  Yolanda Morgan of Wampum and a number of nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Angelo Barracchini and a sister, Lena Sokolowski.

Visiting hours will be held on  Monday October 1, 2012 from 6 until the time of the Blessing Service at 8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum.

Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
