Patricia A. Geer

Patricia A. Geer, 89, of Portersville passed away late afternoon Monday, February 3, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital following a sudden illness.

Born November 15, 1930 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Leila Smith Moser. She was married to Richard A. Geer Sr. for 64 years until his death in 2016.

Patricia was raised in the Riverview and Hardyville area. She was a longtime member of the First Church of God. A loving mother and homemaker, she enjoyed gardening, yard sales, scenic drives, and spending time with her family. She also loved dogs.

Survivors include two sons, Richard A. (Donna) Geer Jr., and Bryan Geer of Portersville; two grandchildren, Alissa Schlemmer and Amanda Geer; four great grandchildren, Callen and Jace Schlemmer, and Bryce and Alayna Grene; and her brother, Larry Moser of South Carolina.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Melvin and William Moser.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday February 7, 2020 from 4:00 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City with her Pastor, Phil Conklin officiating.

Interment will follow at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Butler.
