Patty Lou (Main) Procopio

Patty Lou (Main) Procopio, 91, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Dec. 3, 2022, surrounded by her only son, Frank Christopher Procopio, daughter-in-law, Patricia (Bell) Procopio, and her two loving grandsons, Devan and Dylan Procopio of Greentree, PA.

Patty was born Sept. 30, 1931, in Ellwood City, PA., daughter of the late Curtis and Edith Main and sister of the late Phyllis Gordon and Delphine Main.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years and the love of her life, Frank Augustine Procopio of Wampum, PA. They were active members of Park Gate Baptist Church where Patty was the pianist for many years. Upon moving back to Pittsburgh, she attended Bible Baptist Church in Scott Township, PA., where she continued playing the piano for some time, one of the greatest passions in her life.

Patty diligently worked for many years at Armstrong World Industries in Beaver Falls, Crane Company and Lockley Manufacturing in New Castle, and later at Kaufman’s back in Pittsburgh, PA.

Patty was a devout Christian and a beautiful, caring soul who was loved by everyone blessed enough to meet her.

Friends will be received on Tuesday December 6, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Avenue Ellwood City, 16117.

Funeral Services will be held at the Park Gate Baptist Church, 2840 River Road, Ellwood City PA, 16117, on Wednesday December 7, 2022 at 11:00 am with Pastor Zach Fry officiating. Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
