Philip Baker Marich, 53, of South San Francisco, CA formerly of Wampum died on Friday, February 7, 2014 following an industrial accident at his place of employment.
Born June 10, 1960 in New Brighton, he was the son of the late Lewis R. and Jane Baker Marich.
Phil graduated from Lincoln High School in 1977 and was a member of the Wampum Presbyterian Church. He was a manager for Galaxy Granite Co in San Francisco. Phil enjoyed hiking, camping, and playing music on his guitars. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards with his friends.
Survivors include three brothers, Dan (Sue) Marich of Wampum, Bruce (Diane) Marich of Enon Valley, Greg (Shari) Marich of Glendora, GA; a sister, Lynne (Greg) Weets of Fulton, IL; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday February 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum.
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. William R. McGary officiating. Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
