Robert K. Steffler, 71, of Wurtemburg Heights, Ellwood City passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford following a one year illness.
Born July 14, 1943 in Fombell, he was the son of the late Harold K.and Jackie Wate Steffler. He was married for 31 years to Carol Ketterer Steffler who survives.
Bob was the owner and operator of his own window cleaning company for the past thirty years. He recently retired and passed the business on to his son. Bob was a dedicated member of the Faith Gospel Fellowship Church in Leesburg. He currently was the Vice President of the West Keystone Chapter of Cowboys for Christ and lead one of the ministry teams. He enjoyed gardening and horseback riding. His most cherished time was spent with his wife Carol, their children and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Carol, survivors include two daughters, Darci (Freddy) Wheat of Chesapeake, VA, Christeen (Steve) VanHorn of Ellwood City; two sons, Jeffery Jay Steffler of Lubbock, TX, David (Michelle) Steffler of Ellwood City; sister, Eltakay Smalley of Fombell; brother, William (Joan) Steffler of Fombell; five grandsons, Dustin Wheat, Dean Steffler, Drew Steffler, Drake VanHorn, Bryce Steffler; and two granddaughters, Alexis Wheat and Brooke VanHorn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jay Steffler.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday June 12 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at the Faith Gospel Fellowship Church, 1725 Perry Highway, Rt. 19 Volant (Leesburg) at 11 am with Pastors Dale Brenneman and Samuel Hill officiating.
