Robert W. Harkanson

Robert W. Harkanson, 58, of New Castle, Pa, formerly of the Lehigh Valley Area, passed away Friday September 12, 2014 in Wintersville, Ohio.

Bobby was known to help anyone in need and to put a smile on everyone’s face with his humor. He was a good father, brother, friend and a loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Raised in Lacay Park, Pa he was the son of the late Edward and Jean Harkanson.

He is survived by one daughter Jennifer Harkanson and two grandchildren Kiara and Jace, his dear friend and companion Sylvia Rajner Freed, two brothers Edward and Bernie Harkanson and a sister Bonnie Harris.

He was preceded in death by brothers Joseph and William Harkanson.

Services will be held at Marshall Funeral Home in Wampum Pa on Wednesday September 17, at 2 p.m.
