Shirley A. Morrow

Shirley A Morrow 76, of North Sewickley Township died on Tuesday February 11, 2014 at the Creek Meadows Nursing Center.

Born June 7, 1937 in Ellwood City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Glady Marshall Gallaher .

She was married to Paul L. Morrow who died in 2005 after 44 years of marriage.

Shirley was a 1956 graduate of Lincoln High School. After school, she worked at the Ellwood Knitting Mill, and then for American Eagle Outfitters.

Shirley loved gardening and growing flowers. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Steelers. Her most precious moments were spending time with her family.

Survivors include 1 daughter – Debbie (Kenneth) Massioni of Ellwood City, PA; 3 sons – Scott (Penny Jo) Morrow of North Sewickley, PA, Terry (Kim) Morrow of Freedom, PA, John M Morrow of Baden, PA; 1 sister – Sandy Gallaher of Ellport, PA; 8 grandchildren – Rachel and Ken Massioni, Taylor, Vanessa, Claudia, Josua, and Colton Morrow, Jordan Snedeker; 2 great-grandchildren – Alexander Jacobs, Damien Massioni.

She was also survived by 3 pets; Ellie, Bella and Little Pixie.

Along with her husband and parents Shirley was preceded in death by a sister Carol Kelly.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday February 13, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.

Funeral Services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home, on February 14, 2014 at 11:00 am with Elizabeth Wallace from Knox Presbyterian Church officiating.

Interment will follow in the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
